A HOLISTIC APPROACH
TO HEALING

Maria’s Safe House is dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and loving environment for young survivors of trafficking.

There are approximately 8,000 children here in Peru alone that are trafficked each day. The ages for sexual exploitation range from under one years old up to 18 years old, with the average age being between 11 to 14 years old. The government here spends $3,000,000 per year which is $375 per child in search and rescue efforts. Less than 1% are ever rescued and of those, less than 1% are afforded the opportunity to enter a safe house.

We can’t do it all on our own.
Join our team and give children back their innocence.

We provide animal therapy, art therapy, basic and advanced education. We also equip the children with life skills and higher education to help them become successful adults.
